RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We hope you are delighted with your purchase. Each MAX KIBARDIN piece is handcrafted in Italy using artisanal processes and finished with meticulous attention to detail.

If for any reason you wish to return your order, you may do so within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with applicable consumer regulations.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in their original condition, including all original packaging, dust bags, and protective elements. Any item showing signs of use, wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

All returned items are subject to inspection once received. Refunds will be issued only after the product has successfully passed quality control. Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.

Please note that original shipping costs, duties, taxes, and customs charges are non-refundable.

To initiate a return request, please contact our customer service at inquiries@maxkibardin.com, specifying your order number and reason for return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
