SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are prepared and shipped from Switzerland.

Each Max Kibardin piece is handcrafted using artisanal processes. For this reason, processing times may vary depending on availability and production schedules. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2 to 5 business days from order confirmation.

Switzerland
Delivery within Switzerland generally takes 1 to 3 business days from dispatch, depending on destination and courier service. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. No customs duties or import taxes apply to domestic Swiss deliveries.

European Union and International destinations
International delivery times are indicative and vary according to destination and courier service. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any duties, VAT, taxes, or customs charges applied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price and are non refundable.

Max Kibardin is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier operations, or circumstances beyond our control.

All shipments are handled with care and dispatched using reliable courier services. A tracking number will be provided once the order has been shipped.

Ownership and responsibility for the goods transfer to the customer upon delivery. Any visible damage to the packaging must be reported to the courier at the time of delivery.
